Selection Process

The recruitment will be conducted through a competitive examination with two stages. Stage 1 is a Written Examination (objective type) carrying 800 marks. Stage 2 is an Interview/Viva Voce test carrying 100 marks. The written examination consists of two papers, each of 400 marks, with 200 questions per paper. Each question carries 2 marks, and the duration is 2.5 hours per paper. There is no negative marking for incorrect answers. The Commission will set qualifying marks for each paper for all categories. Candidates who achieve the minimum qualifying marks in each paper will be called for the Viva Voce test, approximately two times the advertised vacancies for each category, with a minimum of 5 candidates. The final merit list will be prepared based on the total marks secured in the Written Examination and the Interview combined.
