MPESB Group 3 Sub Engineer Recruitment 2026

The Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPESB) has announced the MPESB Group 3 Combined Recruitment Test 2026 to fill technical posts such as Sub Engineer, Draftsman, Laboratory Technician, and other equivalent roles. Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess ITI or an Engineering Diploma in the relevant discipline/trade from a recognized institution. Age Limit

Salary & Pay Scale

Selected candidates will be appointed with salary as per the Madhya Pradesh Government Pay Rules applicable to Group 3 technical posts. In addition to basic pay, employees are expected to receive admissible allowances such as DA (Dearness Allowance), HRA (House Rent Allowance), medical facilities, and other government allowances as applicable.

Selection Process

The selection process consists of three stages: (1) a written examination of 200 marks, (2) document verification for candidates who qualify the written test, and (3) a medical examination. Shortlisting for document verification will be done according to the recruitment rules after the written examination.
