Shipping & Delivery Policy

Neural Quiz Engine (NQE.in) is a fully digital service — there is no physical product and no postal shipping. Everything you buy or unlock is delivered electronically inside your Neural Quiz Engine account. This policy explains what "delivery" means for each type of purchase and how fast you can expect access.

1. What we deliver

  • Silver / Gold plan subscriptions — instant upgrade of your account's plan tier, raising AI generation limits, owned-quiz capacity, and unlocking plan-gated marketplace listings.
  • Marketplace quiz sets (free, paid, plan-included) — instant addition to your library where you can practice them.
  • AI-generated quizzes — generated and saved to your library in seconds once the AI provider responds.

2. Delivery timelines by payment method

Razorpay (cards, netbanking, UPI, wallets)

  • Once Razorpay confirms payment success, your plan or listing is activated immediately — typically within a few seconds.
  • You will see the unlock reflected on the Plans page, the Marketplace listing page, or your Dashboard right after the checkout closes.

Manual UPI / QR (screenshot upload)

  • After you upload your UPI / IMPS payment screenshot, your purchase enters a pending state.
  • Our admin team verifies screenshots within 24-48 hours on business days. Once verified, your plan or listing is activated and you receive a confirmation email.
  • If the screenshot cannot be verified (illegible, mismatched amount, suspected duplicate, or not credited to our UPI ID), we reject it and let you know by email so you can re-submit or use Razorpay instead.

3. Where to find your purchase

  • Plan upgrades are reflected on your Plans page and your Dashboard.
  • Marketplace quizzes appear in your library under "Purchased" (paid), "Free" (free or plan-included), or "Yours" (if you created them).
  • AI-generated quizzes appear under "Yours" the moment generation completes.

4. Receipts & confirmations

For every successful Razorpay payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details and a payment reference ID. Manual UPI payments receive a "received, pending verification" email on submission and a second confirmation once verified.

5. No physical shipping

Because we deliver only digital content, we do not charge any shipping or handling fee, and we do not ship to any address. All prices on the site are the final price you pay (inclusive of applicable taxes, where stated).

6. Delivery problems

If you paid but do not see your plan upgrade or marketplace listing within the expected window (a few minutes for Razorpay, 48 hours for manual UPI), please email contact@nqe.in with:

  • Your registered email.
  • The Razorpay payment ID or your UPI transaction reference.
  • A screenshot of the payment if you used the manual route.

We will investigate and either activate your purchase manually or initiate a refund per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
