These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Neural Quiz Engine (the "Service"), operated from India at https://NQE.in. By creating an account, browsing the marketplace, or purchasing a plan or quiz set, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & account

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Neural Quiz Engine.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration and to keep it up to date.
  • One account per person. You may not transfer or sell your account.

2. The Service

Neural Quiz Engine lets you (a) generate AI-authored multiple-choice quizzes, (b) build and practice your own quizzes, (c) share quizzes with other users (Silver plan and above), and (d) acquire quiz sets from our marketplace — either free, plan-included, or paid one-time purchases.

3. Plan tiers & usage limits

  • Free — limited daily AI generations, a cap on owned quizzes, and access to free marketplace listings.
  • Silver — higher AI limits, ability to share quizzes, access to Silver-tier marketplace listings.
  • Gold — the highest AI limits, unlimited quizzes, and access to every plan-gated listing on the marketplace.

Exact limits for each plan are listed on the Plans page and may be revised from time to time. Subscriptions are billed monthly at the price shown when you check out. Plans auto-expire at the end of the paid period and do not automatically renew unless explicitly stated.

4. AI-generated content

  • Questions produced by the AI generator may occasionally be inaccurate, ambiguous, or outdated. You should verify critical information against authoritative sources before relying on it for exams or decisions.
  • You retain ownership of quizzes you generate, but you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display and store them on your behalf.
  • You agree not to use the AI generator to produce content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, infringing, or designed to deceive.

5. User-generated content

You are solely responsible for the questions, options, explanations and other content you create or upload. You represent that you have the right to publish anything you upload. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. Marketplace

  • Marketplace listings are sold or made available by the platform owner.
  • Acquired listings (free, paid or plan-included) grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to practice the quiz inside Neural Quiz Engine. You may not redistribute, resell, mirror, scrape, or publish the questions outside the platform.
  • Plan-gated listings unlock automatically while your plan is active and lock again if your plan lapses.

7. Payments

  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Razorpay processes card, netbanking, UPI and wallet payments. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
  • If you choose the manual UPI / QR option, your access activates once an admin verifies the screenshot — typically within 24-48 hours. Submitting a fraudulent or unverifiable screenshot will result in immediate rejection and may lead to account suspension.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically download content from the Service.
  • Attempt to bypass plan limits, share accounts, or use automated tools to abuse the AI generator.
  • Upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with the Service's operation.
  • Use the Service for any activity that violates Indian law or third-party rights.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, attempt fraud, abuse other users, or use the Service to violate applicable law. You may close your account at any time by contacting us; see the Privacy Policy for data deletion.

10. Intellectual property

All branding, software, and marketplace listings published by us are owned by or licensed to Neural Quiz Engine. Nothing in these Terms transfers our IP to you.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that AI-generated questions will be accurate, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific exam-preparation goals. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after a change indicates acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email.
