Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

For Assistant / Upper Division Clerk (Post No. 1, 3 & 5), candidates must have a Graduation degree with at least 60% marks or a CGPA of 6.32 on a 10-point scale, as declared by a recognized University. Additionally, graduation should have been completed within the minimum stipulated duration prescribed by the University. Candidates must also have proficiency in the use of computers.

For Junior Personal Assistant / Stenographer (Post No. 2, 4 & 6), candidates must either (a) have Graduation with at least 60% marks or a CGPA of 6.32 on a 10-point scale, completed within the minimum stipulated duration, or (b) have a Diploma in Commercial/Secretarial Practice with at least 60% marks or a CGPA of 6.32 on a 10-point scale, along with one year of experience as Steno-Typist/Stenographer. In addition, candidates must have a minimum speed of 60 words per minute (w.p.m.) in English Stenography and must be proficient in the use of computers.

Age Limit

The upper age limit for all posts is 28 years as on 16.08.2026. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories, including OBC candidates up to 31 years and SC/ST candidates up to 33 years. Candidates should verify category-wise relaxation details in the official notification.

Salary & Pay Scale

In addition to basic pay, employees are eligible for allowances and benefits such as Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance, medical facilities for self and dependents, subsidised canteen facility, and limited quarters facility (in lieu of HRA). Other benefits mentioned include Leave Travel Concession (LTC), Group Insurance, and House Building Advance (HBA). Employees will be governed by the New Pension Scheme (NPS), and other benefits will be as per Central Government orders.
