NEET PG 2026 Result and Scorecard Details

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has announced the NEET-PG 2026 result for candidates seeking admission to postgraduate medical courses for the 2026–27 session. Candidates who sat the examination can check their result online through the official NBEMS website and should retain their result and scorecard for admission and counselling steps.

The computer-based examination took place nationwide on August 30, 2026, with a separate re-examination in Jaipur on September 5 for candidates affected by a power failure. NBEMS released the result and category-wise qualifying cut-offs on September 24. The result is available online as a PDF, while individual scorecards are scheduled to be downloadable from October 1, 2026 or later.

Vacancy Details

How to Check the Result and Download the Scorecard

1. Visit the official NBEMS website at natboard.edu.in.
2. On the homepage, select the link for the declaration of the NEET-PG 2026 result.
3. Open the result PDF. It contains the roll numbers of qualified candidates.
4. Use the PDF search function, such as Ctrl+F on a computer, to find your roll number.
5. Review the listed result details, including your total score and NEET-PG 2026 rank. The result information includes the application sequence number, roll number, score out of 720, rank, category and qualifying status.
6. Download and save the result PDF, and keep a printout for future reference.
7. From October 1, 2026 or later, check the NBEMS website for the individual scorecard download facility. Preserve the scorecard because it will only be hosted for six months from issuance.

Scorecard Information

Individual scorecards are to be made available on the NBEMS website on or after October 1, 2026. Each scorecard is system-generated and can only be downloaded during the six-month period following its issuance. NBEMS says requests for scorecards after that window will be rejected, as the documents will no longer be hosted on its website. Scorecards are not provided by post or email, so candidates should save a copy for future use.

Selection Process and Next Steps

NEET-PG admission consideration begins with the computer-based examination and its result. Candidates included in the result list should verify their name and roll number and then follow the counselling instructions issued by the relevant authority.
