BECIL Hospital Manpower Recruitment 2026

Broadcast Engineering Consultants India Limited (BECIL) has opened recruitment for 22 contract manpower positions for deployment at a Central Government Hospital in Delhi/NCR. Candidates with the qualifications and experience relevant to Residential Supervisor, Cook, Kitchen Attendant or Driver work may apply online.

The openings comprise one Residential Supervisor, two Cook, two Kitchen Attendant and 17 Driver positions. Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Residential Supervisor: Applicants must hold a graduate degree from a recognized university or institution and have at least five years of experience.

Cook: Applicants must have passed Class 10 or matriculation from a recognized board. They need adequate experience preparing Indian and Western dishes, including at least one year as a Cook or Halwai in a catering establishment, hotel or hospital. A certificate from a certified agency covering Cook/Halwai training in food hygiene and food safety is also required. The training must address personal hygiene and food handling activities, including processing, preparation, packaging, storage, service and distribution.

Kitchen Attendant: Applicants must have passed Class 10 or matriculation from a recognized board or institution. Candidates with kitchen-work experience are preferred, although freshers may also be considered.

Driver for bus, ambulance, truck or other heavy vehicles: Applicants must have passed Class 10 or matriculation from a recognized board or institution, hold a valid heavy-vehicle driving licence, understand motor mechanisms and have three years of work experience.

Age Limit

The age limit is assessed as of the advertisement publication date, 28 September 2026. The maximum age is 40 years for Cook and Driver applicants and 35 years for Kitchen Attendants. The notification does not specify an age limit for the Residential Supervisor post. It does not state a minimum age or age-relaxation provisions.

Role Responsibilities

The Residential Supervisor is expected to oversee residential facilities, manage their day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with hospital norms and standards. Cooks prepare Indian and Western dishes and follow food hygiene and safety practices throughout food preparation, handling, storage and service. Kitchen Attendants assist with kitchen work and help keep the kitchen clean and hygienic. Drivers operate heavy vehicles such as buses, ambulances and trucks, apply their knowledge of motor mechanisms, and provide safe transportation for patients and staff.

Application Fee

The application processing fee must be paid online and is non-refundable. SC, ST and PWD applicants are exempt; candidates in all other categories must pay Rs. 295 for each post applied for. Payment methods include debit card, credit card, internet banking and UPI. Applicants are advised not to refresh the payment page while a transaction is in progress.

A separate application and separate fee payment are required for each post if applying for more than one position.

3. Enter the requested personal details in the registration form and proceed to the remaining application details.
4. Complete the application for the relevant post and upload the required scanned documents.
5. Pay the applicable processing fee online using an available payment method. Remember that the fee is payable separately for each post and is non-refundable.
6. After successful payment, save the payment or application receipt.
7. Submit the completed form and keep a printout for future reference. Submit the application by 14 October 2026 at 11:59 PM; offline applications are not accepted.

The notification specifies consolidated monthly pay for each role. These are contract positions for deployment at a Central Government Hospital in Delhi/NCR.

Selection Process

BECIL will first scrutinize applications and shortlist candidates against the eligibility conditions for each post.
