SPMCIL Young Professional Recruitment 2026

Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Limited (SPMCIL) has announced the Young Professional Recruitment 2026 for roles in Legal, Finance, Technical, and Cyber Security. Educational Qualification

Candidates must meet the educational qualification requirements as per the post. For Young Professional (Legal), the requirement is a First Class LL.B from a recognized University/Institute. For Young Professional (Finance), the required qualification is CA Inter or ICWA Inter or First Class M.Com. For Young Professional (Technical), the requirement is a First Class B.E./B.Tech degree in one of the specified engineering disciplines: Civil, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Printing, or Paper. For Young Professional (Cyber Security), the educational requirement is a relevant qualification as per the notification.

Age Limit

Application Fee

3. Enter your Email ID and Mobile Number, then click Send OTP.
4. Verify the OTP received on both Email and Mobile, and submit to proceed.
5. Fill in the personal details carefully (name, date of birth, gender, and nationality must match official records). After submission, personal details cannot be modified later.
6. Enter the qualification details and re-check them before final submission.
7. Upload required documents in the prescribed formats and sizes, including photograph, signature, left thumb impression, hand-written declaration, and educational certificates.
8. Pay the intimation charges through the integrated online payment gateway (Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, or UPI). After submitting payment information, wait for server intimation and do not press back or refresh.
9. After successful payment, download and print the complete application form for future reference.

Selection Process

Selection for the Young Professional posts will be carried out in two stages. In Stage 1, candidates will appear for an Online Test with 75% weightage. In Stage 2, candidates will be called for an Interview with 25% weightage. The notification also indicates that candidates in the ratio of 1:4 shall be called for the interview after the online test. Interviews will be held at New Delhi. Examination centers are specified as Delhi NCR only for Young Professional (Legal/Finance/Technical) and Delhi NCR and Hyderabad for Young Professional (Cyber Security).
