Selection Process

The selection process has three phases: Phase 1 is an online preliminary examination, Phase 2 is an online mains examination scheduled for 20 November 2026, and Phase 3 is an interview for candidates who qualify in Phase 2. Phase 1 is qualifying in nature: its marks are used to shortlist candidates for Phase 2 and are not included in the final selection. Candidates must meet the separate cut-off in each Phase 1 paper as well as the aggregate cut-off.

Phase 1 Exam Pattern

The Phase 1 test is computer-based and contains two papers. Paper 1 covers general aptitude, while Paper 2 tests stream-specific or professional subjects.
