How to Apply

4. Open the admit-card section and view your hall ticket.
5. Check your name, roll number, photograph, signature, registration number, examination group and centre details carefully.
6. Download the hall ticket and save the PDF. ICAI will not send a hard copy by post, so print multiple copies and keep them safe.
7. If you have forgotten your password, use the “Forgot Password” option on the login page. The reset process may ask for your registered email address, date of birth or a security-question response.
8. Carry a printed admit card, an original government-issued photo ID and two passport-size photographs to the examination centre. Examples of accepted ID mentioned in the notice are Aadhaar Card, Voter ID card and PAN card.

The centre selected during the examination application process may differ from the final allotment. Use the complete centre address printed on your admit card to plan your journey. If the photograph or signature is missing from the hall ticket, the notice instructs candidates to print the admit card, sign it, attach a photograph in the space provided and have it attested by a Chartered Accountant or an ICAI member before attending the examination.
