Selection Process

The recruitment selection will be conducted in two stages. In Stage 1 (Shortlisting), district-wise shortlisting will be done based on the percentage of marks obtained in SSLC/equivalent. Shortlisted candidates will then be called for document verification. In Stage 2 (Interview/Proficiency Assessment), final selection will depend on the candidate’s performance in the interview/proficiency assessment conducted by the Directorate of Tourism.

Tie-breaking criteria are also specified. If candidates have the same SSLC percentage, local residents will be given preference, provided valid residence proof is produced and verified. If the tie still remains, the older candidate (based on date of birth) will be ranked higher.
