Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Wealth Executive (JMG/S-I): Candidates must have graduation in any discipline along with at least one of the following certifications: IC 38 (Insurance Institute of India), NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors), NISM Series XXI-A (PMS Distributors), or NISM Series V-D (Specialised Investment Fund Distributors). A preferred qualification is a 2-year full-time PG degree/diploma in Management, including MBA (Finance/Marketing/Banking).
Credit Analyst-C&IC (MMG/S-II): Candidates must have graduation in any discipline and a Chartered Accountant qualification. A preferred experience is in corporate credit, but the mandatory requirement is the CA qualification along with the experience criteria mentioned under eligibility.
Age Limit
Wealth Executive (JMG/S-I): The age limit is minimum 22 years and maximum 32 years as on the cut-off date for eligibility (2026-09-01).
Credit Analyst-C&IC (MMG/S-II): The age limit is minimum 21 years and maximum 33 years as on the cut-off date for eligibility (2026-09-01).
Age relaxation: The notification provides the following relaxations: SC/ST candidates get 5 years; OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates get 3 years; PwBD candidates get 10 years (Gen/EWS), 13 years (OBC), or 15 years (SC/ST); and Ex-Servicemen/ECOs/SSCOs get 5 years (Gen/EWS), 8 years (OBC), or 10 years (SC/ST). The notification also clarifies that there is no reservation for Ex-Servicemen in the Officers’ Cadre; only age relaxation is applicable.
Experience notes (eligibility-related): For both posts, post-qualification experience of less than 6 months in any organization as on 2026-09-01 will not be considered for eligibility, unless it is part of the candidate’s current employment. Experience in clerical cadre will not be considered.

Salary and emoluments are governed by the industry-level bipartite settlement and Joint Note applicable to bank officers. Additional allowances and benefits are provided as per Bank policy.
Selection Process

For MMG/S-II (Credit Analyst-C&IC), the minimum service is 3 years, or the candidate must pay an amount equivalent to 3 months’ gross salary (maximum 300000) if leaving early.
