Educational Qualification
Branch Manager: Applicants must hold a graduate or postgraduate qualification in any discipline. The required professional certifications are NISM Series VI (Depository Operations), NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors) and NISM Series VII (Securities Operations and Risk Management).
Executive: Candidates need a graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline, with at least 50% aggregate marks from a recognised university or institution as of 31 July 2026. NISM Series V-A certification is required where the work involves mutual fund distribution. An appropriate IRDAI certification or licence is required where the role involves insurance distribution.
IP-BDM: Applicants must be graduates or postgraduates in any discipline. Required certifications include NISM Series XXV-B for persons associated with investment advice in sales and other non-core services, as applicable to the role; NISM Series V-A where mutual fund distribution applies; and the appropriate IRDAI certification or licence where insurance distribution applies. Assistant Company Secretary: Candidates must be members of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. A bachelor’s degree in law from a reputed institute is preferred.

Selection Process
StockHolding will first shortlist applications against the eligibility conditions, aggregate marks or other screening criteria it decides to use. The higher percentage of marks obtained in graduation or postgraduation will be considered for eligibility and should be entered in the application. For shortlisting for the online test, preference may be given to candidates residing in the relevant state, taking state-wise vacancies and local-language proficiency into account.
Up to 30 times the number of vacancies may be called for the online test. For Branch Manager, IP-BDM and ACS, the test is a personality assessment covering problem-solving, commercial awareness, client expectation management, planning and organising, team management, client management and work management; it takes approximately 25 minutes. Up to 10 times the number of vacancies may be called for interview, based on online-test merit. Interviews will preferably be held virtually.
