SKAU Non-Teaching Recruitment 2026 (60 Vacancies)

Shri Krishna AYUSH University (SKAU), Kurukshetra has released the SKAU Non-Teaching Recruitment 2026 notification for regular non-teaching and para-medical posts. The recruitment is being conducted through direct recruitment under Advertisement No. NT-01/2026 to 03/2026. Eligible candidates can apply online for posts including Staff Nurse, Ayurvedic Pharmacist, and Clerk.

A total of 60 vacancies have been announced for these posts. Online registration begins on 2026-07-30 and candidates can submit their applications (including fee payment and uploading of the signed application) up to 2026-08-21 until 04:00 PM. The selection process includes a written test/typing test and academic achievement-based merit, followed by physical document verification as per the applicable rules and Haryana Government instructions.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess the prescribed educational qualifications for the specific post they are applying for, along with the mandatory Hindi/Sanskrit language requirement mentioned in the eligibility conditions.

Staff Nurse: Candidates must have Matric qualification and an A-grade Nurse registration with the Haryana Nurses Registration Council (or an equivalent authority). Additionally, candidates must meet the Hindi/Sanskrit requirement as either Matric with Hindi or Sanskrit as one subject, or 10+2/BA/MA with Hindi as one subject.

Ayurvedic Pharmacist: Candidates must have one of the following qualifications: (i) Up-Vaidya from a recognized University/Institution/Board/Faculty of Indian System of Medicine along with Matric or equivalent, or (ii) Diploma in Ayurvedic Pharmacy from a recognized University/Institution/Board/Faculty of Indian System of Medicine along with 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology. In both cases, candidates must also satisfy the Hindi/Sanskrit requirement as either Matric with Hindi or Sanskrit as one subject, or 10+2/BA/MA with Hindi as one subject.

Clerk: Candidates must be a Graduate from a recognized University. For Ex-Servicemen, the notification specifies pensionable service with a 1st Class Army Certificate, or a Graduate Certificate issued by the competent authority of Defence Services. In addition, candidates must qualify a written test of language/General Knowledge of graduation standard and must qualify a data-entry test at 30 w.p.m. or computer skills, including internet and email use. The Hindi/Sanskrit requirement is Matric with Hindi or Sanskrit as one subject, or 10+2/BA/MA with Hindi as one subject.

Age Limit

As per the service rules, candidates must not be below 18 years of age and must not be more than 42 years as on the closing date of application. Age relaxation is available for specified categories as per Haryana Government instructions.

Category-wise relaxations mentioned in the notification: Scheduled Castes of Haryana and Backward Classes of Haryana get 5 years relaxation. Persons with Disabilities (under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016) get 5 years relaxation, plus an additional 5 years for SC/ST/BC/EWS PwBD applicants, subject to a maximum of 52 years for Group A and B posts recruited through open competitive examination. Other categories with 5 years relaxation include the wife of disabled military personnel, widowed or legally divorced woman, judicially separated woman (residing separately for over 2 years), and unmarried woman. Ex-Servicemen (including Short Service/Emergency Commissioned Officers) get relaxation equal to the military service period plus 3 years, subject to conditions. Candidates who are on adhoc/contract/work-charged/daily-wage basis in Haryana Government/Board/Corporation get relaxation equal to completed years of such service, subject to a maximum age of 52 years.

Note: For any category (except Ex-Servicemen) availing relaxation, the upper age limit cannot exceed 52 years.

How to Apply

1. Visit the SKAU recruitment portal and register online at https://recruitment.skau.ac.in/nonteaching/.
2. Complete the registration using the login ID created during registration, and provide the Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) and/or mobile number as required.
3. Fill the online application form carefully for the relevant advertisement and post, as per the qualifications you hold.
4. Pay the application fee online through Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card so that the system accepts the application.
5. After submission, download the submitted application form, take a printout, sign every page, and upload the scanned signed copy as instructed.
6. Keep a copy of the finally submitted application form for future reference.

Selection Process

The notification states that selection will be based on a written test/typing test and academic achievement-based merit, followed by physical document verification. For Staff Nurse and Ayurvedic Pharmacist posts, the process includes a written test and academic achievement evaluation. For Clerk, the selection includes a typing test, a written test, and academic achievement evaluation. After the merit-based evaluation, candidates will be called for physical document verification.
