Selection Process

Selection will be based on merit obtained in the qualification examination against the notified vacancies, followed by a written examination and personal interview as applicable for the posts. For Junior Manager, Senior Assistant, and Junior Assistant, a written examination will be conducted based on educational qualification marks. Candidates who secure at least 85% marks in the written examination will be called for an interview in a ratio of 1:5 based on the number of vacancies. The written exam includes Kannada Language (50 marks), General Knowledge (25 marks), Banking (25 marks), English Language (25 marks), Cooperation (50 marks), and Indian Constitution (25 marks). For Nayak/Attendar, Peon, Night Watchman, and Vehicle Driver, selection is based on merit of marks secured in the qualifying examination (SSLC/PUC), and shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interview in a ratio of 1:5 based on vacancies. The interview date, place, and time will be communicated separately to shortlisted candidates.
