Ramagundam Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited (RFCL) has released the RFCL Recruitment 2026 notification for Experienced Professionals across engineering, officer and managerial cadres. Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must satisfy the required age limit, educational qualification and post-qualification work experience as on the cut-off date of 31 July 2026. Eligibility is assessed with reference to the specific post applied for.
Educational Qualification
The educational qualification requirements vary by post and discipline. For example, Engineer (Chemical) requires a B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc.(Engg.) in Chemical Engineering/Technology. Engineer (Mechanical) requires a B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc.(Engg.) in Mechanical Engineering/Technology, while Engineer (Electrical) requires a B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc.(Engg.) in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Electrical Technology. Engineer (IT) requires B.Tech/B.E./B.Sc.(Engg.) in Computer Science/Computer Technology/IT or MCA.
For Officer (Materials), the qualification can be an engineering degree, or a full-time MBA in Materials/Supply Chain Management, or a PG Diploma in Materials Management. Officer (HR) requires MBA/Integrated MBA/PG Degree/Diploma (2 years) in HRM/Personnel Management & IR, and LLB is desirable. Officer-Secretarial requires a PG degree in any discipline (UGC/AICTE recognized), and a Diploma in Executive Assistant/Office Management is desirable.
For medical roles, Additional CMO and CMO require MBBS, with MD/MS desirable. For finance roles, Officer (F&A) requires CA or CMA or a 2-year MBA with finance specialization only; Assistant Manager (F&A) and Chief Manager (F&A) require the same qualification. Assistant Manager (Transportation) requires the same materials qualification as Officer (Materials). For Assistant Manager (Chemical) and Deputy Manager (Chemical), the qualification is the same as Engineer (Chemical).
Age Limit
Maximum age limits (UR) are post-wise. Engineer (Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/IT) and Officer/Officer-Secretarial roles have a maximum age of 30 years. Assistant Manager roles (Chemical/Transportation/F&A) have a maximum age of 40 years. Deputy Manager (Chemical) has a maximum age of 40 years. Additional CMO and CMO (medical) have a maximum age of 45 years. Officer (Materials) and Officer (HR) have a maximum age of 30 years, while Chief Manager (F&A) has a maximum age of 50 years.
Age relaxation is provided as per category. SC/ST candidates get relaxation up to 5 years, OBC (NCL) up to 3 years, UR-PwBD up to 10 years, PwBD-SC/ST up to 15 years, and PwBD-OBC (NCL) up to 13 years. Candidates with J&K domicile in the period 01-01-1980 to 31-12-1989 get relaxation up to 5 years. Ex-Servicemen and dependents of those killed/disabled in action are given relaxation as per Government of India guidelines. The notification also states that the maximum age after combining all applicable relaxations should not exceed 56 years as on the cut-off date.

- After successful submission of the online application, download and take a clear printout of the application form.
- Prepare a sealed envelope containing the printout and self-attested copies of supporting documents such as educational qualification certificates, experience proof, caste certificate, PwBD certificate (if applicable), and other required testimonials.

Selection Process
RFCL will first scrutinize applications and provisionally shortlist eligible candidates for the next stage, which is a Personal Interview. If a large number of applications are received, the notification indicates that a Computer-Based Test may be conducted in Delhi-NCR or other cities specifically for shortlisting purposes. For the Personal Interview stage, candidates must secure a minimum average of 50% marks to qualify. In case of a tie, the notification specifies that the percentage in the qualifying examination will be considered first, and then date of birth (with the older candidate ranked higher). The selection is also provisional and subject to verification of degree certificates, caste/PwBD certificates, and other testimonials. For interview travel, candidates in pay scales E-5 to E-8 are eligible for single return air fare (economy) or AC I rail fare or road mileage, while candidates in E-1 to E-4 are eligible for to-and-fro AC II rail fare from the nearest railway station. Selected candidates may be posted at any RFCL unit/office at the management’s discretion and must be willing to serve anywhere in India, including rotating shifts (including night shifts).
