Post-wise essential qualifications are as follows:

• Risk Officer (Scale-I): Regular full-time PG degree in MBA (Finance) or a Master’s in Mathematics/Statistics/Econometrics with at least 60% marks.
• HR Officer (Scale-I): Regular full-time MBA with specialization in HR/Personnel Management/IR/HRD/Social Work/Labour Law with at least 60% marks.
• IT Officer (Scale-I): BE/B.Tech or PG in M.Tech/M.E./MCA in CS/IT/ECE/Data Science with at least 60% marks. Proficiency in Python/JAVA/.NET/SQL is preferred.
• Data Scientist/Analyst (Scale-I): Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, CS, Statistics or a related field with at least 60% aggregate.
• Civil Engineer/Architect (Scale-I): BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Bachelor’s in Architecture with at least 60% marks.
• Manager-Credit (Scale-II): Regular full-time Graduate/PG in MBA (Finance). CA/CMA/CFA is an added advantage.
• Manager-Law (Scale-II): Regular full-time LLB and enrollment as an Advocate with the Bar Council. PG in Law is preferred.
• Manager-Risk (Scale-II): Regular full-time Graduate/PG in MBA (Finance) or Mathematics/Statistics/Econometrics.
• Manager-Company Secretary (Scale-II): Associate Member of ICSI. LLB/CA/ICWA/CMA/FRM are desirable.
• Manager-Security Officer (Scale-II): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Senior Manager-Credit (Scale-III): Regular full-time Graduate plus PG in Finance. CA/CMA/CS/ICWA/CFA is desirable.
• Senior Manager-Forex (Scale-III): Regular full-time Graduate plus MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGPM/PGDM in Finance/International Business/Trade Finance (minimum 2 years duration).
• Senior Manager-Treasury (Scale-III): Regular full-time Graduate plus PG in MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGPM/PGDM (Finance, minimum 2 years) OR a Master’s in Statistics/Economics.
• Senior Manager-Law (Scale-III): Regular full-time LLB and enrolled Advocate. Master’s degree is preferred.

CGPA/GPA conversion note: If CGPA/GPA is awarded without a percentage conversion criterion, the percentage will be calculated by dividing total marks obtained by the aggregate maximum marks across all subjects and semesters.

Age Limit

Age is considered as on 2026-08-01. The age limits vary by grade:

• Scale-I posts (Risk Officer, HR Officer, IT Officer, Data Scientist/Analyst, Civil Engineer/Architect): 21–32 years.
• Scale-II posts (Manager-Credit, Manager-Law, Manager-Risk, Manager-Company Secretary, Manager-Security Officer): 25–35 years for most roles; for Manager-Security Officer, age should be not more than 35 years.

Selection Process

Selection will be based on an Online Written Test followed by a Personal Interview. Appointment letters will be issued to candidates who clear the selection process, subject to being medically fit for the assignment.

Online Written Test pattern: The test consists of Reasoning (40 questions, 40 marks, 35 minutes), English Language (40 questions, 40 marks, 35 minutes), General Awareness with special reference to Banking (40 questions, 40 marks, 20 minutes), Professional Knowledge (40 questions, 40 marks, 20 minutes), and Quantitative Aptitude (40 questions, 40 marks, 35 minutes). The total is 200 questions and 200 marks with a total duration of 145 minutes. The medium is English only. Negative marking applies: 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer. Each question has 5 options.
