Educational Qualification

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated pay depending on the post. Senior Management (Manager-level) posts carry a consolidated pay of 94248 per month. Junior Management (Assistant Manager-level and other junior roles) posts carry consolidated pay ranging from 71736 per month down to 32760 per month depending on the specific post. The appointment is contractual for one year and may be extended at the discretion of MPYPIL.

Selection Process

The selection process for MPYPIL Recruitment 2026 includes Interview cum Document Verification. MPYPIL will shortlist candidates based on eligibility criteria and merit. Shortlisted candidates will be required to appear for the Interview cum Document Verification along with original documents, self-attested photocopies, passport-size photographs, and a copy of the application form.
