MCD Labour Welfare Superintendent Recruitment 2026

The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) has issued notification LWD(HQ)/MCD/2026/D-180 for contract engagement of Labour Welfare Superintendents in its Labour Welfare Department. Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Applicants must hold a graduation degree, or equivalent, from a recognised university. They must also have a postgraduate degree or diploma from a recognised university or institution in Social Work, Labour Welfare, Industrial Relations, Personnel Management, or an allied subject. A law degree is desirable. Relevant experience in a responsible role in Labour Welfare, Industrial Relations, Personnel Management or an allied field is also desirable; it is not listed as an essential qualification in the notice.

Age Limit

The maximum age is 30 years. Relaxation is available to SC, ST and OBC candidates from Delhi in accordance with government rules. Age is determined as of the last day on which the Labour Welfare Department accepts applications, which is 12 October 2026.
