Preparation guidance
- Mathematics, Science and Social Sciences papers are two hours long. Practising past papers against a 120-minute timer can help students plan their time.
- For three-hour language papers, the published guidance recommends giving attention to handwriting and presentation, and completing essay or writing sections within the first 90 minutes to leave time for grammar and reading comprehension.
- The schedule leaves a gap between the final listed language paper on February 26 and Algebra on March 2. Students can use this period to revise Mathematics formulas and Science concepts.
- Students taking a Vocational or Basic Technology paper on February 16 should arrange to submit practical files and project work to their school in advance.
