Eligibility Criteria

Zero to two years of experience in general office procedures in an academic, non-academic or corporate organisation is required. A qualification in Law, HRM or an MBA from a recognised university or institute is preferred.
Assistant (Student Office): A bachelor’s degree from a recognised university or institute, computer knowledge including MS Office, typing speed of at least 30 words per minute, and strong English communication skills are essential. Applicants should have zero to two years of experience in office procedures in an academic, non-academic or corporate organisation. A Law, HRM or MBA qualification is preferred, as is exposure to student management or admissions work in an academic institution.
Library Assistant/Trainee: Candidates must hold a master’s degree in Library and Information Science or an equivalent qualification, with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade from a recognised university or institute. Strong English communication skills are required, along with zero to one year of experience in related work. Desirable knowledge includes ICT applications, Koha, MARC, MS Office, cataloguing under AACR II rules and classification under DDC. The ability to develop web pages using HTML/CSS is also desirable.
Executive (Accounts): A bachelor’s degree in commerce from a recognised university or institute and strong English communication skills are required. Placement Officer: A bachelor’s degree from a recognised university or institute is required, together with hands-on experience using office software and MS Office, scheduling tools and email management, as well as strong English communication skills. Candidates must have at least three years of experience in a similar role in a reputed academic or research institution, government body, PSU, autonomous body or private organisation. Experience with placement activities, industry liaison, campus recruitment, internship coordination and student career services is desirable, as are strong networking and coordination skills.
