The bank has announced a total of 31 vacancies. The reservation breakdown is as follows:

• Unreserved (UR): 15 Posts (DGM: 4, AGM: 2, Manager: 9)
• Scheduled Caste (SC): 5 Posts (DGM: 1, Manager: 4)
• Scheduled Tribe (ST): 3 Posts (DGM: 1, AGM: 1, Manager: 1)
• Other Backward Classes (OBC): 7 Posts (DGM: 2, AGM: 1, Manager: 4)
• Economically Weaker Section (EWS): 1 Post (Manager: 1)

3. Post-wise Eligibility, Age Limit & Experience (As on July 01, 2026)

Infrastructure Management Department (IMD) - Premises	B	25 to 35 years	B.Tech/B.E in Civil/Electrical Engineering or dual specialization. Minimum 4 years of experience.
Legal	D	35 to 45 years	Graduation in Law. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.

Security Officer	B	25 to 35 years	Graduate in any discipline. Minimum 4 years of experience of Commissioned Service (not below rank of Captain/Assistant Commandant).

4. Age Relaxation

Upper age limit relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per Government of India rules:

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
• Persons With Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): 10 years
• Ex-Servicemen / Commissioned Officers: 5 years
• Persons affected by 1984 riots: 5 years

5. Emoluments, Pay & Allowances

The gross emoluments for metro cities will be approximately as follows:

• Deputy General Manager (Grade 'D'): ₹2,04,000/- per month
• Assistant General Manager (Grade 'C'): ₹1,69,000/- per month
• Manager (Grade 'B'): ₹1,29,000/- per month

Note: Selected candidates will also be eligible for Performance Linked Variable Pay and will be covered under the IDBI Bank Ltd. New Pension Scheme (IBLNPS) rules, 2011. The initial appointment will be on probation for a period of 1 year.

6. Application Fee & Intimation Charges (Non-Refundable)

• SC/ST/PWD: ₹250/- (Intimation charges only, including GST)
• General, EWS & OBC: ₹1,050/- (Application fee + Intimation charges, including GST)

7. Selection Procedure

• The process begins with preliminary screening based on the details declared in the online application.
• Shortlisted candidates will undergo Document Verification (DV), Group Discussion (GD) and/or a Personal Interview (PI).
• Final selection is contingent upon being declared medically fit in the Pre-Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT) and a satisfactory background check.
