Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has announced a recruitment drive for Junior Executives on a short-term basis under Advertisement No. HAL/CHRC-TAR/RECT-03/2026. Engineering graduates with a full-time B.E. or B.Tech in an eligible discipline and the required aggregate marks can apply online.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Applicants need a regular, full-time degree in engineering or technology in the discipline or an eligible branch listed below. The degree must be from a university or institute recognised by the appropriate statutory authorities in India and follow the 10+2+4 pattern, or the 10+3+3 pattern for lateral-entry engineering courses.

The minimum aggregate is 60% for UR, OBC-NCL and EWS applicants, and 50% for SC, ST and PwBD applicants. HAL calculates the aggregate by adding the total maximum marks and marks obtained across all semesters or years. Marks are not rounded off.
Age Limit
The age is assessed as of 17 October 2026. The upper age limit is 28 years for UR and EWS candidates. Applicable category relaxations are shown below.

After applicable relaxations, the age must not exceed 56 years for PwBD candidates or 55 years for other candidates.

Salary & Pay Scale
Selected candidates will be engaged in the E0 Pay Scale (2017), with a stated monthly pay range of 30000 to 120000. The notification also lists the following pay and employment benefits.

Selection Process
HAL will first shortlist applicants using the aggregate marks in the qualifying degree. Shortlisting is in merit order and, at most, in a 1:10 ratio to the vacancies in each discipline and category. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview; candidates must secure at least 50% in the interview to qualify.
