Educational Qualification

Assistant Manager: Candidates must have an MBA or PGDBM from a recognized university or an AICTE-recognized institution.

Assistant Accounts Officer: Candidates must have either (a) Chartered Accountancy along with a B.Com degree from a recognized university, or (b) a B.Com degree along with 5 years’ experience as an Assistant Accounts Officer or an equivalent post in Central Government/Bihar Government or their undertakings/corporations.

Accountant: Candidates must have a B.Com from a recognized university along with CA-Inter qualification.

Quality Controller: Candidates must have either B.Sc. (Agriculture) or B.Tech./B.E. in Food Science/Food Science & Technology/Agriculture Engineering/Biotechnology from a recognized university or an AICTE-approved institution.

Lower Grade Clerk (Nimnavargiya Lipik): Candidates must be graduates from a recognized university with proficiency in computer operation and computer typing knowledge.

Age Limit

The minimum age for all posts is 21 years as on 2026-01-01. The maximum age limit varies by category as given below.

Selection Process

Selection for all the listed posts will be made purely on the basis of an Online Computer Based Test (CBT). The CBT will be conducted in online mode, potentially in multiple shifts if the number of candidates is high. The exam will be in English/Hindi, with objective-type questions carrying 1 mark each. A total of 100 questions will be asked to be attempted within 2 hours 15 minutes. For post codes 01, 03, 04, and 05, the 100 questions are divided into three sections, while for post code 02 (Assistant Accounts Officer) the questions are divided into four sections.
