BECIL DMRC Supervisor Recruitment 2026

Broadcast Engineering Consultants India Limited (BECIL) has issued Vacancy Advertisement No. 558 for Supervisor recruitment to support the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC)/DMIL. The engagement is contractual for one year, with deployment in Mumbai. Candidates with the relevant engineering qualifications and experience for the S&T, Safety or Civil role should review the requirements before applying.

Educational Qualification

Supervisor-S&T: Applicants need a regular three-year engineering diploma or a regular four-year B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics, Electronics and Communication, Computer Science or Information Technology. The qualification must be from a university or institution recognised by UGC, AICTE or another government-recognised accrediting body. Candidates must also have at least one year of professional experience in telecom systems in Metro, Railways, an airport, smart cities, or public or private telecom networks. Experience must be supervisory in the relevant discipline, and applicants should be comfortable working in a computerised environment. Candidates working in Mumbai or the Maharashtra region may be preferred.

Supervisor-Safety: Applicants must hold an M.E./M.Tech. in Safety Engineering along with a B.E./B.Tech. in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; alternatively, they may have a B.E./B.Tech. in one of those three disciplines plus a one-year full-time degree or diploma in Safety. A B.E./B.Tech. in Fire and Safety Engineering is also listed as an eligible route. The stated minimum academic result is a CGPA of 6.0 or 60% marks. Qualifications must be from a government-recognised university or institution approved by UGC, AICTE or another competent government authority. Candidates need four years of total professional experience, including at least two years in Metro or Railways, with a minimum annual CTC of INR 300,000 for the qualifying experience. Experience should be supervisory in the relevant discipline, and applicants should be familiar with computerised working environments. Candidates working in Mumbai or Maharashtra may be preferred.

Supervisor-Civil: Applicants need a regular three-year engineering diploma or a regular four-year B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering. The qualification must be from a government-recognised university or institution approved by UGC, AICTE or another competent government authority. The experience requirement is four years of total professional experience, including at least two years in Metro or Railways with a minimum annual CTC of INR 300,000. Relevant experience should be supervisory, and candidates should be comfortable working in a computerised environment. Candidates working in Mumbai or Maharashtra may be preferred.

Age Limit

The maximum age is 33 years for Supervisor-S&T and 40 years for Supervisor-Safety and Supervisor-Civil. The notification does not specify any age-relaxation provisions.

Salary & Pay Scale

The notification states a consolidated monthly CTC for each post. Supervisor-S&T carries a monthly CTC of INR 40,303, while Supervisor-Safety and Supervisor-Civil each carry INR 65,000 per month. The engagement is contractual for one year.

Selection Process

BECIL will scrutinise applications and shortlist candidates according to the eligibility criteria for the respective post. Candidates with higher qualifications, stronger academic credentials, additional relevant experience or other desirable attributes may receive preference. BECIL will forward the shortlisted candidates to the client/principal employer for further selection. The client may decide to use an interview, assessment, skill test or another evaluation method.
